Stuff we have seen and done:

• Death (Burma) Railway: History Bite:  Completed in 1943 during WWII, the Japanese were to use it to supply their troops in Burma.  And with an enormous pool of captive labour from American, Dutch, Aussie & British there was extreme cruelty committed on the side of the Japanese.
• Hell’s Fire Pass & Museum –  this is a part of the Burma Railway history. It was part of the line being built because Allies often were bombing them. The steep rock walls highlight the deprivation, torture and death of the many prisoners who were forced to build under awful conditions.
