Gloucester
Stuff we have seen and done:
- Gloucester Cathedral – for Harry Potter fans, if you visit the cathedral you will notice that these corridors were used for filming many Hogwart’s scenes. It’s kinda awesome.

Gloucestershire is the ceremonial county & Gloucester is the county town (it kinda helps me to know a little about where I am) –
- Gloucestershire Warwickshire Steam Train – Known as the “friendly line in the Cotswolds“, this is a heritage railway that runs along of the Cotswolds. Bound to be such a pretty ride, which I love. A 28-mile return trip along the awesome countryside.

Start & End Point: Begin at Cheltenham at one end of the line and end in Broadway at the other.
Catch the Train from:
- Cheltenham Racecourse – free parking at the station
- Toddington – free parking at the station
- Broadway – across the road parking with a day fee
What you can do on the Train:
- you can take a well behaved dog on board
- sit anywhere you like as it is volunteer run train and all classes are open for seating
- as long as you leave a DONATION you can sit in any class so be sure to do so
Other Events: Throughout the year different events take place on the steam train,h like afternoon teas, festivals and Santa Express.
